Re-Print CARES® Certificate and essentiALZ™ Exam Instructions

How to Re-Print Your CARES® Certificate and Completion Code

In order to take the Alzheimer's Association® essentiALZ™ or essentiALZ™ Advanced exam, you will need your CARES® completion code and the list of instructions. You can find this code below your CARES completion certificate.


Directions for Individuals

1. Go to www.hcinteractive.com/account .
2. Enter your HealthCare Interactive user ID and password that you set up when purchasing CARES®.
3. Scroll down and find the product you purchased.
4. Click on the Reports link.
5. Scroll down to find your completion report.
6. Click on the "Print Certificate" button.

Your CARES® completion code (for example 1375-999-229-01) will print below the certificate. This is the code you need to sign into the essentiALZ™ or essentiALZ Advanced™ exam. Follow the directions under the certificate to take the exam.

Directions for Employees/Employers

If you are an employee, talk to your supervisor to help you re-print your CARES certificate and completion code. If you are the supervisor, follow the directions below.

1. Go to www.hcinteractive.com/account.
2. Enter your HealthCare Interactive user ID and password that you set up when purchasing CARES®.
3. Scroll down and find the product you purchased.
4. Click on the Reports link.
5. Scroll down to find the completion report of the employee requesting the essentiALZ or essentiALZ Advanced code.
6. Click on the "Print Certificate" button.

The person's CARES® completion code (for example 1375-999-229-01) will print below the certificate. This is the code they will need to sign into the essentiALZ or essentiALZ Advanced exam. Follow the directions under the certificate to take the exam.

Alzheimer's Association® essentiALZ™ Exam Instructions

The directions to take the Alzheimer's Association® essentiALZ™ or essentiALZ™ Advanced exam are different depending upon the product you purchased.

Once you print your CARES certificate and completion code (above), you can view and print the essentiALZ exam instructions for the program you purchased.
