Introduction to CARES® Dementia-Related Behavior

Hello again, and welcome to "Explore HCI." In this video, we will be talking about our CARES® Dementia-Related Behavior™ or DRB training program.

The Dementia-Related Behavior program is eligible for essentiALZ® Plus certification and must be taken after the CARES® Basics course. DRB focuses on the behavior of people with dementia that is hard to understand and difficult to respond to. We focus our trademarked CARES® Approach to minimize dementia-related behavior whenever possible.

This course is a 4-hour, 4-module program that includes knowledge about Dementia-Related Behavior, Using the CARES Approach, Breaking Down the CARES Approach, and Key Responses to Dementia-Related Behavior.

The DRB course is affordable and starts at just $24.95 for an individual license.
